Made up of fictional characters Ringo Rabbit, Beanie Bison and Malcolm Mandrill, THE HYBRIS have made a huge impact on the music industry already. “Hybris”, refers to Greek tragedy, being a term that stands for exaggerated self-pride, arrogance, excess of ambition leading to self-destruction. The name is fitting for the bands engaging lyrics that comment on the current state of the world.

The band are back with a new single entitled “The Game Of Cat And Mouse.” A thrashing offering, the new single manages to blur anthemic instrumentation with important lyricism. “The Game Of Cat and Mouse” showcases the band’s musical ability also, with the track featuring a driving drumline, overdrive soaked guitars and irresistible vocal lines.
