Hailing from Abruzzo, Leonardo Cococcia is steadily carving out his place as one of the industry’s most promising producers for 2026. A Berklee graduate with credits spanning projects covered by the New York Times and Billboard, he has been quietly building a reputation that stretches from the studio desk to international stages. Standing out as a true one to watch for the new year, his detail-driven approach has brought him acclaim from his professional peers, and he shows no signs of slowing down.
Speaking about his craft, Leonardo Cococcia explains, “As an audio engineer, I specialise in mastering, a process that I truly see as the creative and emotional expansion of the music, rather than something that is exclusively technical, inspired by my mentors, the team of Dave Kutch. As a recording and mixing engineer, I am forever energised by the raw, honest approach of Steve Albini as well as the engineers at The Bunker Studios, Brooklyn.”
