Barbara Falzoni Shines With Powerful New Single ‘Diamonds In My Heart’

Following on from the release of her debut EP ‘Raw’ in the summer, Barbara Falzoni returns to streaming platforms with the release of her latest single ‘Diamonds In My Heart’. The release is to be taken from the latest Neil Marshall (Dog Soldiers, The Descent) film which features her sister Giada Falzoni starring as ‘Maria’.

‘Diamonds In My Heart’ is a powerful ode to romance and a whirlwind love affair. The beauty embodied by Falzoni in her show stopping delivery brings the track an almost-ethereal lease of life, taking the track to the next level. The single makes a steady rise as the tension builds across the airwaves. Instrumentally the track isn't wholly complex, keeping room for an emotive piano line to be punctuated by expertly crafted guitar lines but that isn’t by any means a bad thing. ‘Diamonds In My Heart’s simplicity in its delivery drives an emotional kick, leaving the track to feel as dramatically raw and emotive as it deserves to be.

The single sees Falzoni team up with Grammy award winning Rudy Perez alongside legendary engineers Andres Bermudez and Bob Lugwig cutting a tight groove. Speaking about the family ties to the release, Barbara comments, "Having a song of mine playing in my sister’s, Giada Falzoni, first movie is an absolute dream".
