Della Chase’s passionate song of betrayal ‘Burn’

After revealing her performance with a vivid string arrangement at the top of the track, Della Chase’s single ‘Burn’ provides an emotive, anthemic experience. Combining powerful, melodic vocal performances with rich orchestral arrangements with an added contemporary flair, Della injects a sense of momentousness in her poignant words.

Though the themes of love are apparent, there’s a sense of deeper meaning behind her lyricism, the love is a metaphor for much darker intentions. Soulful, expansive and raw, the track brings listeners in and out of a dreamlike bliss, the music ready to bite at any moment.

Della adds, ”Tim (co-writer) and I wrote "Burn" mainly out of the famous Milkboy the Studio and Retro City Studios, both in Philadelphia. It's about heartbreak, betrayal and more, all centred around love.”

Singer and songwriter Della Chase made her official debut in 2018, bringing forth a self-titled EP that saw multiple indie films pick up her soulful sound, including Academy Awards contender ‘Ageless Love’. Since then, Della has flourished into an acclaimed performer in the Pennsylvania area, hoping to expand her audience once again in 2024.
